Tatyana - Founder of Move in Flow Pilates

Hi, I’m Tatyana - founder of Move in Flow Pilates 💛

I’m a certified Mat Pilates Instructor, former professional dancer, performer, rhythmic gymnast and proud mum. Trained by the brilliant team at the London Pilates Academy (LPA). My passion is helping women feel strong, mobile and confident with their bodies.

At Move in Flow, We offer a great mix of Mat-based workouts in a holistic approach with mindful movement in combination with Reformer-style training on the Mat by using small props, to make Pilates more accessible, affordable and deeply effective.

The sessions suit all ages and fitness levels with a special focus on Pelvic floor health and reconnecting to your body, through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond (even many years after childbirth).

With a lifelong experience in movement, performance and wellness, I bring a supportive, safe, warm and uplifting vibe to every class. I truly believe Pilates is the path to a strong, balanced body, and I can’t wait to share that with you.
